Phoenix Commercial Roofing FAQ

Common questions from property managers, building owners and HOAs about flat and low-slope roofs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you respond to an active roof leak?

Call us as soon as you see water. We schedule active leaks ahead of planned work, make the area watertight with a temporary repair when a permanent fix needs dry weather or materials, and send photos of what we found and what we did.

Should we repair, recoat or replace our commercial roof?

It depends on how much of the roof and insulation is wet and how much life the system has left. Isolated leaks get repaired. A sound roof with worn surfacing is often a good candidate for a recoat. Widespread wet insulation or a roof that has failed in many places usually points to replacement. Our assessment report shows you which applies and why.

Do you work on occupied buildings?

Yes. Most of our commercial roofing work in Phoenix is on offices, retail centers and warehouses that stay open. We plan access, staging and any work with odor or noise around your tenants and business hours.

Do you provide documentation for insurance claims?

Yes. You get dated photos, roof locations and a written description of the damage and the repair, which you can pass to your adjuster, owner or board.

Which parts of Phoenix do you serve?

We work on commercial roofs across Phoenix, including Downtown Phoenix, Midtown, the Camelback Corridor, the Sky Harbor airport area, Deer Valley and North Phoenix around Norterra.

Can you work on an occupied building?

Yes. Most commercial roof repairs and recoats are done with tenants open for business. We plan access, material staging and any noisy or odorous work around your hours and let you know what to tell tenants.

Do you provide reports we can share with ownership or an insurer?

Yes. Assessments and completed repairs come with photos, roof locations and a written description of the condition and the work, so you can share them with ownership, a board or an adjuster.

Can a leaking roof be recoated instead of replaced?

Often, if the existing roof and insulation are mostly dry and sound. Wet areas are cut out and replaced first. A moisture survey tells us whether recoating is a good fit.

Do you work with HOAs and multi-building properties?

Yes. For HOAs and portfolios we can assess every roof, rank them by condition and help you plan repairs and replacements across several budget years.
